I became a career coach to empower fellow Asian Women to embrace and manifest their talents, values and potential.  Looking back on my 25+ years as a corporate attorney, I remember countless moments when I wished for guidance - someone who could help me see beyond my immediate circumstances, challenge my assumptions, expand my possibilities and, most importantly, ask the right questions.

Early in my career, success felt like survival.  As a first-generation immigrant without a network, roadmap or clear examples of success, I had to figure it out on my own, often through trial and error.  I worked hard and excelled, thinking that was the only way forward.  But in hindsight, I see how near-sighted I was.  

That is why I coach.  Having faced the challenges of building a career without guidance, I’m dedicated to helping you overcome those same struggles.  I pour my heart and experience into every conversation, drawing on every bit of knowledge, skill and insight I’ve gained as a lawyer, coach, consultant and recruiter.  But above all, I genuinely love helping you grow and succeed.
